Who you actually get
mikandho IT AB is an IT consultancy in Tygelsjö, just south of Malmö. There is one person behind the name. Me.
My name is Mikael Holmstedt and I have worked in IT for over 30 years. Consultant, technical manager, project manager, administrative manager and teacher, sometimes several of those roles in the same week.
Today I work as the IT department for companies too small to have one of their own, usually somewhere between 5 and 25 employees. I also take on larger, longer assignments with a specific remit at bigger companies, to help move their IT forward.
You are not calling a switchboard and landing with whoever happens to be free. You are calling me, and I already know how your environment is put together. No starting from scratch next time, no ticket changing hands three times.
I do not take on more clients than I can look after. It is a dull business model, and it makes for a very good IT provider. And when something falls outside what I am good at, I say so, instead of billing my way through it.
For those situations I have a broad network of other local and national companies who are the best at what they do.
